Great platform for legal meetings!

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
As mentioned previously, the amount of whiteboards available is significantly higher! We primarily use Webex for all of our legal meetings with Cache County and our representatives in CA and it makes life very easy with the amount of whiteboards that are usable for us compared to Webex competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for us to allow members of our executive staff to join our meetings anonymously has been great in maintaining confidentiality of our company and employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the platform can seem a little rigid. The coloring and viewing of the options and settings can sometimes be hard for some of our more "seasoned" employees to navigate(usually while trying to log into meetings).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If using this platform compared to others for matters such as legal reasons, for yourself or within your company, Webex is a great choice! We have been using it for a little over a year, and it has been noticeably more functional for our legal meetings than Zoom and Google Meets.

Best app for video/audio calls. Lag is very minimal.

Simple UI and fast UX.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?
It's pretty similar to other conferencing software available in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it's easy to set up the conference and customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of the product and it's not different from any other vendor. It's a good conference tool but does not give you any great features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would suggest they start integrating the AI Features that Zoom has started. New features allows to summaries the chat and help you to create the Minutes of meeting
