What differentiates Chrome River EXPENSE from other similar products?

It offers plenty of convenience for both administrators and managers, as well as employees. It was possible to base our package on the volume of monthly expense reports that we expect to need and the number of employees submitting expenses within our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We got embedded OCR technology, which means faster scanning of receipts, plus credit card integration for a more streamlined workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s a crossover between using the desktop edition and the mobile app, so employees do not get the same experience with the system when they're out in the field.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chrome River Expense is certainly focused on speed and efficiency, with the Snap application for example allowing employees to get receipts digitized and into the system within seconds.
