With the rise in the cyber security there is a need to have a tool that will help in blocking those threats. In our organization we have found the Avanan tool to be working magic in saving us from any attacks whether malware, phishing or any other cyber attack. Easy to use tool and doesn't need IT knowledge to use. Integration with other third party tool is great.

Favorite aspect is the ease of use and how the tool detect and eliminate any threat,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Saying that there is anything i dislike would be injustice to the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend the use of the tool to secure your emails and cloud back up emails and archives.

What differentiates Check Point Harmony Email from other similar products?

I think what's unique about Avanan is the preemptive email blocking, these blocks phishing emails or suspicious emails from reaching my mailbox, so we are never at risk of opening a malicious email or attachment since they are blocked from getting to our mailbox in the first place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it's easy to set-up, was able to do this in under 10 minutes. The UI is well organized and simple to navigate. I like that it scans all attachments even from a whitelisted source to ensure that the attachment is safe. It's DLP features are very effective and fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price, is a too high

Avanan is able to secure email inboxes and protect them from any malicious, phishing emails or infected attachments by blocking them from even reaching the mailbox. It's a very effective DLP and email security tool

What differentiates Avanan from other email security products is that It protects us from phishing emails and malware by preventing them from entering our mailbox, so no infected emails or phishing emails can get into our inboxes

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that ots very easy to setup Avanan, the set-up is very straightforward and easy. I was able to so this in about 5 minutes, i also like that the customer support is very friendly and always knowledgeable. I also like that avanam gives us a report of how many phishing emails, suspicious emails or malware have been blocked and the sources so we know who poses a threat to our email or data at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing actually, its a very effective security solutions for our mailboxes. I haven't found any downside to using this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Avanan is one of the best Email security solutions, it protect us from any suspicious or phishing emails, it also protects our data and prevents any data loss or breaching attempts. Its a good product to have in your IT security stack
