What do you dislike most about this product?

There are rules that a user can input for Avanan to flag emails that are not legit. Avanan still flags some mails even establishing that they are legit contacts.

This is because the pricing range of Avanan product are suitable for the larger companies and organizations. Avanan offers great security from different threats especially in companies that deal with a lot of sensitive information. 1. When you put into consideration the small scale companies and industries, the price of Avanan product is high and some are not able to afford. 2. It sometimes treat other regular mails as spam even one has established the contacts are trusted.

My favorite fearture on Avanan is that it identifies confidential information such as social security nunbers, bank account details, credit card number and other confidential information and encrypts this files so that they are inaccessible to unauthorized people,this secures sensitive data and information.
