What differentiates Planview Changepoint from other similar products?

Its stable to use and even the vendor offers a free demo on how to use the platform and this grows the usage of the platform across board.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automates our services making efficient and this brings a turnaround in our service delivery ensuring that we serve more customers than before. Helps us execute sound project management features and this grows our portfolio besides enabling us gain visibility into all of our projects. Customer support is available and willing to help all users in getting along well with the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our staff had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform efficiently but this improved with time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great platform and this ensures that you are able to improve your services delivery and be able to implement your projects and functions with ease.
