What differentiates Certinia FM Cloud from other similar products?

It fits well within the Salesforce Eco System that allows additional bolt-ons to create one work space for users

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This allows user training to become easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had to heavily customise most features to work within our business structure what may have seemed like a simple request that was expected as core turned out to be customisation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a multi-entity business structure think how users ways of working would be impacted

It integrates extremely well within the Salesforce ecosystem and provides a great deal of flexibility / customization

The customization available to improve the product and meet our unique needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some aspects of the product are less focused on in terms of enhancements and improvements but these are generally less significant

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of all the customizable components / automations, which are especially helpful when used with other Salesforce platform products
