What differentiates Campaigns by Pipedrive from other similar products?
First of all, Pipedrive is affordable for us, compared to Marketo engage, plus email formats are better in Pipedrive. About features, getting insights about leads at various stages is simple with Pipedrive, because tracking is easy and insightful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead management, like tracking them at various stages, shifting them into further funnels, and finally pushing them to sales.. everything is very simple and exciting with Pipedrive. Other favorite things includes, the ease of customizing email templates, tracking visitors, and analyzing their all behaviours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such, only I feel the integrations can be more and project management feature should be less sophisticated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone who want a affordable yet feature-rich CRM software, Pipedrive is the best option. It has very useful features that makes lead capturing, nurturing, and conversion a simple task that boosts ROI and overall sales.

What differentiates Campaigns by Pipedrive from other similar products?
Our small sales company has implemented Pipedrive to expand our reach to potential customers and effectively capture their attention. The tool's wide range of features, including its ability to generate and organize large amounts of data and facilitate inter-company relationships, have provided us with significant benefits. Additionally, Pipedrive's powerful features such as call and email monitoring have helped us establish better communication with our clients. The tool's remote accessibility and intuitive work dashboard have also increased our daily productivity.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface of Pipedrive is straightforward and tidy, making it easy to navigate. Unlike other CRM systems that require users to create activities and tasks after each call, Pipedrive simplifies this process by only requiring the creation of one activity with the timing of the next call or follow-up task embedded within it. Therefore, there is no need for additional task creation to contact the next customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In comparison to Leadsquared, Pipedrive offers fewer filters, which limits its functionality. Leadsquared allows you to monitor even the smallest activities of users and salespeople, a feature that is missing in Pipedrive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Pipedrive, our organization can pinpoint potential revenue gaps and opportunities for re-engagement with our current customers and leads. Additionally, Pipedrive has helped us streamline our Sales Team, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently towards our shared goals.

CRM with Email Marketing? Possible with Pipedrive!

What differentiates Campaigns by Pipedrive from other similar products?
What differentiates campaigns by Pipedrive from others is it is a CRM with an addon of Email marketing. I don't know any apps that do this better. As you see, Pipedrive's main functionality is to manage your relationship and your leads and sales. But now they pumped it using this great tool "campaigns by Pipedrive". Just like any other email marketing app, this addon is a very critical tool for businesses that want to scale. What differentiates them is the features that can be used inside of CRM. Filtering what clients to target in your Email marketing is what I think separates them from the others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
These are the features that I love in this product. I have a client who used a different email in their registration account for Pipedrive. Now, as maybe for other apps, you can't change the Sender from email or reply to an email! While in campaigns by Pipedrive, whenever you create a campaign, you can select whether you want another email to your customers/clients to reply to! But my favorite is the feature that lets you track the emails if they opened the email if they opened the links you put in your marketing emails. Then that way, you can know whether your email automation is working for your targeted audience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Just like any other email marketing app, the thing that I dislike about this is that first it is an add-on to your existing plan, Also, you need to request an access before you can use this functionality. Which makes it a hassle in some ways.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a business that might need Email marketing on top of your CRM needs, I think it's best to use this add-on by Pipedrive. The essence is that Pipedrive + campaigns are your all-in-one app. So you don't have to purchase different subscriptions and learn other apps or hire someone to make it work all together. I say, for small to medium businesses, this is a must have add on. But if you need more complex email marketing automation then I think there are others out there that does better; but for me as a CRM leads automation specialist I recommend this product :)
