What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Box is how it makes collaboration simple, keeping content secure. I can work with my team members on documents simultaneously without worrying. The real-time commenting makes feedback clear and actionable. I also appreciate the strong security and compliance features, which give peace of mind when handling sensitive files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its search functionality can sometimes be slow or less intuitive when dealing with a large number of files, making it a bit challenging to quickly locate specific content.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The search feature can be slow when managing large volumes of content, so consider establishing consistent naming conventions and tags to make locating files easier.

Its good product and have great UI to upload and work on files.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My colleague and I can work on a common file together without any issues. Lock feature in file helps in overwriting someone else work
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such, but probably they can increase free limit

If you are looking for something other than Google drive , then go for it.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Box has really outdone itself in the secure content collaboration industry with a great set of features such as SmartSync, streamlined workflows, additional encryption layers, smooth mobile experience, and considerably more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how I can easily download and even edit my files in an offline mode. This platform also provides flexibility, a large number of integration capabilities, and centralized content management. It is quite safe to use for file sharing. I have been using its own AI, which offers content summarization and drafting assistance. Along with this, I am able to access and restore older versions of documents in times of need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't come across anything that made me question or dislike Box.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If secure file sharing is your priority, you should use Box and especially its Box KeySafe feature, which allows you to add a secondary layer of control using your own encryption key.
