BMC Helix is a one stop for everything. May be it digital workspace or knowledge Management or operation management Or cloud services. BMC has every service which can be integrated easily and can be customised as per the business need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Favorite Aspect of BMC Helix is the cloud services they provide, they provide platform as a service which supports every platform and we can built any application on that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike about the product but for the first time user the tool is quite complex and it's not easy to find tutorial about the tool. So would request BMC Helix team to generate tutorial kind of a thing so that first time user can easily perform implementation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes I would definitely recommend this product who is into vendor management , knowledge management , website or mobile app development. BMC Helix provides services in all domains.

BMC Helix provides too many options to customize, but often the enhance the complexity of its use. My recommendation is to provide those wide range of features without making it complex for the individual use.

Automate asset discovery and identify systems in the network as rapidly as possible to acquire important information from them. The user interface is extremely simple to use, and accuracy and clarity have greatly increased.`
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is good and simple to use, it is highly adaptable, and the speed and security of the product are superb. It can scan and detect the CI's in a single minute, saving us a lot of time. More than 1TB of data should be saved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Add-on licence - with all of the talk about cloud discovery, this necessitates add-on price in order to allow this feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Support for issues or defects might be improved in certain ways, such as resolution time, although we have seen gains in this area in the recent year.
