What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

One of the best tools I have had to keep track of each of my company's invoices and projects has undoubtedly been BigTime since this program has great and powerful functions that are completely advanced to carry out the analysis and life of each process in different departments within the company, this program is smart enough to show each of its users the profitability of each project and the benefits it has brought to the company, as well as the ability to generate daily reports and statistics on the web about each of the expenses and income that my specific department has had.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

More and more that I use this program I have been able to keep the accounting and each of the numbers of the company with much more order and potential for the company and for each of the events and businesses with each of our clients, BigTime is a program which provides its users with new abilities to manage all the plans, participants and billing numbers of the list of projects and demands that I have to do in my workstation, I like that with the help of this software you can automate certain business processes help me with the speed and performance of my work, this is really fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I have installed this program within my company, one of the most common negative points that the different departments of the company register is the complexity of using this program, the bad comments about the interface are repeated a lot and the little that It helps users to make their experience more pleasant and fully master each of the functions that are within our reach.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The help I received from this program has been a lot, this program has been a great contribution in the commercial area and automation of commercial processes within each of the projects and demands of my work team, I definitely recommend BigTime for its efficiency to manage all these elements including billing and numbers in my area.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

BigTime is a great tool for keeping tabs on how much time is being spent on each project, how much money is being spent, and who is working on what. Because to BigTime, I spend less time on administrative tasks like project budgeting and invoicing and more time on the technical aspects of my work, where my expertise lies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime's strength is in the abundance of its capabilities for managing projects, keeping tabs on time and money, and organizing processes. With all of these tools in one place, you can streamline your business operations without resorting to time-consuming and error-prone manual procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just be patient and BigTime will help you achieve your goals. Not everything clicked with me at first, but with the help of the service staff, I quickly learned the ropes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After only a brief time with BigTime, I can already attest to its ease of use. The ability to ask questions and receive answers is another great benefit of having a community behind you.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

Additional easy and more intuitive than MS Project, Tracking financial data was the main reason for our transition to BigTime. Straightforward to track hours spent and where we had different spreadsheets for various functions and departments – BigTime has everything in one place. Chat support is sweet – though we’re within the UK we get answers in the afternoon or on successive days.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the necessary basic options are found on this product from budgeting, task management, invoicing, and time tracking among others. Nice workflow management tools and coordination ability are ideal that help the team to effectively work to provide productive projects. Straightforward assigning different tasks to varied users, resources management, scheduling, providing useful financial reports as well as archiving the previously terminated activities and mobile access is available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The onboarding method is very little fast and on every front... it’d be better to own it in 2 phases, an introduction and then several weeks when a question and answer session. Tough to form a GANTT chart for a selected project – every task you would like to show needs to be a milestone or set by priority. Output can be tough to browse once a long-term project for dates. Custom forms work, however, meeting minutes are not so much – text-based minutes, not a table or preset format. It’d be sensible to form tasks primarily based on individual points raised in the meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use and navigate. Numerous toolbars allow fast access to your projects. It’s useful to be ready to apply filters as completed projects can add up and create it tough to find what you’re looking for.
