Difficult setup but very little maintenance

They have great reporting that gaming boards accept during audits
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization capabilities are amazing, a pretty steep learning curve to start but once you get going there is very little maintenance needed. It just works
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup is not very intuitive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Prepare for a complicated setup especially around roles and permissions but once you get it dialed in you don't have to mess with it

BeyondTrust Remote Support seems to have an edge in terms of its functionality, especially when it relates to enterprise use cases. Other differences could be found in its robust security, flexibility, and, most notably, scalability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of BeyondTrust is the remote access without the use of VPN. This also helps in reducing security risks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While the interfaces are quite powerful, they can be overwhelming for new users, and also the cost could be prohibitive for SMEs with limited budgets. The cost of concurrent users may also lead to increased costs as the number of users in an organization grows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest the individual to evaluate the support need and prioritize security, not forgetting integration capabilities
