Barracuda Email Security Gateway is special in that it never lets any threat past our email gateway. It is very effective in this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
First, I appreciate that this software is very affordable There are great security features that keeps our email gateway secure
What do you dislike most about this product?
No regrets with Barracuda Email Security Gateway as it has not disappointed in any way
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a bullet proof email security, I recommend Barracuda Email Security Gateway. It is affordable and works as it should thereby giving yo peace of mind.

Barracuda has great customer support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface is easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are too many outages from being able to log in to the dashboard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have been using this product for a couple of years, so I can say that it works well. I have not stayed on top of researching the competitors, so more than anything I would suggest doing your homework.

What differentiates Barracuda Email Security Gateway from other similar products?
I don't know that anything actually differentiates it, but it does a wonderful job of filtering out spam, malware, etc. Love the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The amount of spam that it has caught.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not an issue recently, but we used it as a gateway before it made it to Gmail and occasionally a large set of email would get queued up in it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at it and if you think it meets your requirements, go for it.
