Easy to use, intuitive/straightforward way of developing the automation script.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product provides an easy way to develop automation, just a few hours of training is enough to build the bots. But being easy to develop does not mean that the bots developed are resilient, the process can start failing because the script was not properly built.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in training, make sure that the developers assigned to the initiative have a deep understanding of the product features and they know how to build resilient bots. Create an automation culture and methodology, make sure that the right documentation is always created, rather than just start automating the processes right away.
