What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has automated our workflow and this has grown our productivity besides improving our customer service delivery. Automation Anywhere comes with a simple user-interface and enables all of our departments to use the platform with minimum efficiency. Customer support is available and willing to help all users in using the platform in an efficient manner at all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its efficient even though some of our less tech-savvy users at times encountered steep learning curve in using the platform but with time this has improved through experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automation Anywhere fits for use anywhere in its usage and when acquired it will automate all the RPA needs and grow how you work.
