great bot creation capability, but can be unstable

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
There are so many tutorials on the internet and official documentation on how to install and configure it, this has greatly eased the learning curve. During the first few days after installation I had a problem finding my way around the platform so I called their customer support system who were readily available and were quite helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easily I can create scalable bots using automation anywhere. The way it automates monotonous repetitive tasks is fantastic this has greatly improved our workflow and resulted in outcomes without errors. I really love how IQ bot uses machine learning algorithm to identify the design of processes. I also like how A360 has a lot of features for automating tasks.it has an awesome user interface climate that is streamlined and well structured.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The OCR needs a lot of improvement ,it has proven to be a cause of hardships recognizing characters on documents. The latest version is also not as stable as the previous ones. I have also encountered compatibility errors a few times when migrating code from v11 to A360.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Automation Anywhere is a wonderful automating tool that has reduced so much of our workload, it is safe well organized so navigating around is easy. However, it can be unstable sometimes and also the many features can be overwhelming during the first few days. Once you get the hang of it, it is a great tool to use.
