What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
I like it because the tool does not compete with the functions that the user can do. This means that it is more of a solution to carry out more tasks in less time than to replace the user. I consider that the tool is useful from the first moment and allows to reduce possible costs assumed by the failures that may occur, in addition to the fact that this tool is very flexible compared to others of its type
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because I can see even by easily interpreted metrics the results chosen by this tool yes, well I implement it to maintain constant contact with clients in emails and websites, this tool can even record my access time for me something that gives me a bit more time to start my daily tasks
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like the tool, I have been using it for more than two years and it has worked well for me, it has not failed me
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool, more than being an automation of tasks, is a solution that increases the workflow in the organization, so implementing it in large organizations would be much more recommended and usable

Automation anywhere did a truly great job building the most comprehensive, web-based and end-to-end RPA+AI platform in the market with a truly Incredible set of quality features and powerful capabilities to empower every department in your organization with an intelligent, non-stop and error-free digital employee to be a part of every team to help them reduce operational obstacles and to save time and money by reducing their interactions through automating all the manual repetitive tasks to achieve a higher processing speed to scale faster than ever and to maximize your production-outcome and return on investment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
On top of our favorite aspects of this product is the AARI ( Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface ), The digital assistant to every employee to scale automation workforce-wide with easy-access automation across platform, apps and devices, enabling teams to work together via intuitive screens and trigger automations based on agent activities, We are also in love with how we're able to document, discover and automate processes using the incredible "Discovery Bot" where we can easily uncover and identify high-value automation opportunities and convert them into bot prototypes by recording user activities, aggregating and documenting processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We thought it's a low-code environment where people with basic programming knowledge are capable of creating bots using their code, But no we always went into instability in bots whenever a basic coder tried to create a bot using his basic coding skills, until we have seen a professional doing it differently and it became very stable, They also need to provide a better documentation with clearer and detailed information to guide the starters and help them achieve an easier onboarding experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
digitalize your business operation to achieve a higher performance and production-outcome through reducing operational obstacles by adding that non-stop and error-free digital worker who will much time and money to maximize ROI and to easily scale faster than ever before.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?
It is one of the most dependable RPA systems available when compared to similar products. It has a reasonable cost too as compared to other similar platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find its auto-login function the most important and my favorite feature. apart from this, Its interface is very easy to use and doesn't require a programming background.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Installation is a bit complex and takes too much time. Even the trouble shooting is hard for a newbie.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is A very accessible RPA system for organizational level, and doesn't require a pure coding skill to operate, so anyone can learn it and deal with related projects quickly and effectively
