the extensive range of processes it is capable of automating in different environments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the low level of programing knowledge neccessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Upgrade process process sucks. in 9 years i have never managed to successfully upgrade to the next major version without opening a support incident which required required remote access by Automate support crew and direct manipulation to complete the upgrade..
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think its the best automation tool available but be prepared for the upgrade process to fail.
