The technology and advancement / development of their product puts them at the head of the pack.

How easy it is to deploy and manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I don't like

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider this product and look at all it's features and cost. It's worth checking other vendors out but you wont be disappointed with this specific product from Aruba. Just a huge improvement in all aspects of your WAN

What differentiates Aruba EdgeConnect from other similar products?

Support has been top notch. Cisco could learn a thing or ten from Silverpeak. It's just an awesome product. It's been over a year since I was shopping for a solution so I have to admit I don't know how the competition has changed but I'm saving a fortune using broadband vs. MPLS. VOIP calls are just as good using broadband links in place of MPLS. When I was looking the Silverpeak FEC stood out as well as the ease of administration via the Orchestrator Interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Savings... once we got rid of MPLS. The Orchestrator management interface and the wealth of information it provides on links and flows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Boost licensing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a good system engineer backing up your sales team for the initial deployment (mine was Richard Smith and he rocked!)
