What differentiates Aras Innovator from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1. Flexibility for Customization. 2. Easy to upgrade.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One drawback of Aras Innovator was its User interface in versions up to R33, which felt outdated and less intuitive compared to modern PLM systems. While the backend is powerful, the earlier UI required a steeper learning curve for new users. However, newer releases have significantly improved usability and modernised the look and feel.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
1.Leverage OOTB First. 2. Choose Aras Innovator when shifting from document-centric to data-centric. 3. Go with Aras if you don’t require a strong CAD ecosystem.

Aras Innovator is a perfect software that brings engineers, sales managers, data analysts together to put a product in production.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Though I like its change in production management but I like it's customer support most, it is friendly and gives you time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they put for us a customer support numbe to call directly, sometimes it easier to call than to chat.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Aras Innovator is ideal for large enterprises with complex product lifecycles.
