What differentiates Amazon Lex from other similar products?

It is super intuitive. The information coming back is not only helpful it is accurate more than other alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is plug and play. Not much user setup is needed

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial lag time and learning the right commands. After using it however it becomes more user friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a stepup from alternatives. It is worth a look and runs circles around most competition.
