What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Scalability, customizability, interconnectedness to other key business systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How customizable you can make it for your business. I have used SFDC at 4 companies and each instance had their own unique setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be a bit clunky from a UI perspective.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Would recommend knowing exactly what you need out of a CRM before purchasing and making sure when implementing that you tailor your instance to business requirements up front.

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

Incidentally, I have used salesforce even in my previous company and have had great success both as an SDR and Account Executive. I think Salesforce ability to store and manage data seamlessly makes it a clear winner in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that Salesforce is highly customisable and can be built to the needs of the organisation. I have used salesforce at two different companies while it is built on the same foundation, it works and functions differently. I also love its search ability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not a fan of the UX so much, I definitely think it can get better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your business involves large volumes of customers, this is the best investment you will be making - it is a bang for the buck :)

What differentiates Agentforce Sales from other similar products?

It's hard to pinpoint a single standout feature because it's like comparing apples to oranges. However, if I had to choose, the customization options for sales processes make it a cut above the rest. The ability to tailor workflows, fields, and even automation rules.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The crown jewel for me has to be the dynamic forecasting in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Real-time insights into team performance and pipeline health make decision-making a breeze

What do you dislike most about this product?

Now, if I have to nitpick, I'd say the learning curve for some advanced features can be a bit steep. It's not that they're not powerful; it's just that you might need a bit more time to master them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't rush, take the time to understand your unique needs, and tailor Sales Cloud accordingly. And yes, while the learning curve might be a hurdle initially, the payoff in terms of efficiency is well worth it
