What differentiates ADP Vantage HCM from other similar products?
The full service ADP is a different experience. Very easy to do manual checks directly unto the Wisely cards. That was a huge plus for ADP. Wisely was very easy to Work with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HOw quickly it processes payroll and the Wisely pay cards integration with ADP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is easy to use but The full service is to costly. ADP should stop stop W2s from printing for a penny variance and Quarterly adjustments are a pain to do in ADP.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is good if you are not in states that have complicated taxes. Every request cost extra at ADP. We had to fight to get adequate support from ADP.

Offers features that makes it easy to manage human resources. It is multi-purpose and there is so much a business can achieve with this software more so in the HR department
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like ADP Vantage for it's resourceful and makes human capital management easy. Using the many features is easy but requires training. I like how it can handle most HR processes easily and at no added cost

One needs training and lots of practice to enjoy the best features of ADP Vantage

I recommend ADP Vantage as it's a good HCM considering it's many features and the price point as well. Most businesses will find the software helpful
