What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to customize content to suite different types of clients to deliver a personalized experience.With Adobe offering Social insights we have been able to improve our social marketing performance.Real time analytics has enabled us to understand our clients needs and wants.It also has reduced our workload using the marketing automation tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a high learning curve in some features.

Adobe Marketing Cloud fits well organization in need of understanding their digital content and campaigns.Its not suited for small organization as the pricing plan can be costly to them.

Its not much of a dislike but the support should be fast to respond to clients issues especially when there is a bug.
