Nutritional microanalysis (NM) is the concept of obtaining the biochemical makeup of all inputs that enter our bodies and how to use those results to better our own health. Even with numerous researchers, companies, and physicians providing bits and pieces to assist in igniting NM, we still have an epidemic of chronic diseases that aren't benefitting from its lessons. This discussion provides a refresher on the birth of NM, how it has progressed to date, and the roadblocks currently holding it back.
