The goal of this project is to help the organization build a plan for migrating to Office 365. This is done by itemizing the many capabilities of O365 and assessing the specific wants and needs of your end-user profiles. The outcomes of this project are as follows:
- An understanding of how the use of various capabilities in Office 365 differ throughout the organization.
- A list of which features are required vs. desired. This not only helps choose the right license model, but also can influence which order the capabilities are brought online by prioritizing the required capabilities first.
- A list of all capabilities that are duplicated by other solutions in the organization. This allows the organization to compare the feature of the third-party solution and O365 to see if there is an opportunity to consolidate the functionality into the Office 365 suite, or a justification for the continued use of the third-party solution.
