But what if the next war were so different from the last that it was over before the victims even knew a war had begun? Even better, what if they never found out who attacked them?

Even better: what if they never knew there had been a war?

Welcome to the new world of Cyberwar. If you think you’ve already read about this, or thought it through, well – I doubt it. I don’t think anyone has, even those whose job it is to do just that.
