The Innovation Lead works with other stakeholders to create a new digital experience. They work to find market or technological opportunities, using customer feedback, data, and/or AI, to create and validate a new offering. They work with developers through an Agile process and are the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the Agile development team. The Innovation Lead possesses an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project.
