The instructions list 5 tabs; however I don't see the Knock Out tab when I download.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. The default template of the tool includes a Knock-Out Criteria tab. In this case, the analysts chose not to use that tab. I have updated the instructions of the tool to reflect this.
