Government as a Platform – Phases 1-3

Millennials and Gen Z constituents expect their governments to be digital, and yet also cost effective and agile. A Government-as-a-Platform (GaaP) strategy allows governments to be more agile and innovative. This blueprint divides the GaaP strategy into three sections:

1. Open and Collaborative
2. Accessible and Connected
3. Digital and Programmable
