What differentiates Zyxel Next-Gen Firewall from other similar products?

We have tested/demonstrated other products and this is the best of the bunch. We know that installing Zyxel equipment will result in less support calls and visits, and appreciate the ease of administrating the devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We especially enjoy the Nebula experience in configuring and maintaining the Zyxel products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would be nice to have support in the morning hours that is US based.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! The Zyxel products are a solid choice that stacks up to the features of other big names in the industry at an inexpensive price point (not cheap).

It has a very effective microsegmentation aspect that is capable of thwarting numerous threats at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It acts like a barrier between our organization and external threats through the process of filteration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There was one particular instance where an external client was able to get through the firewall which we have already complained of and it was fixed too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thanks to its microsegmentation and filtration process, it is a best fit for any organisation.
