‎ZKTeco Access Control has significantly reduced unauthorized access incidents across. It helps organizations control access using biometrics, cards, PINs, or mobile credentials, making workplaces safer, more organized, and easier to manage without relying on manual keys or paper logs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

‎The biometric authentication works fast and accurately, reducing delays during busy office entry and exit hours. I appreciate how easily I can assign access levels to different employees based on roles and departments. The system feels reliable, even during high traffic periods when many of us authenticate simultaneously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

‎There is no dislike because the product performs reliably and meets security requirements effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works well for growing teams requiring scalable security systems. Initial setup can take time, but proper configuration will ensure long-term stability and better security outcomes.

It also supports mobile and contactless access, making it versatile and scalable, though proper installation and support are key to smooth performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of ZKTeco is its versatility—the ability to use multiple biometrics like face, fingerprint, or palm alongside mobile access makes it both secure and convenient for different environments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about ZKTeco is that the software can sometimes be slow or glitchy, which makes setup and user management less smooth than it should be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend making sure you work with an experienced installer and take time to test the software features during setup. This way you’ll get the best out of ZKTeco’s strong biometric options while avoiding common configuration issues.
