What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?

The Yesware email tracker is one of the best as the receiver does not get an alert. It is easy to build an email sequence for cold contacts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to set up and integrate with Gmail and Outlook. The interface with Gmail is seamless. The free plan allows email tracking details for emails sent within a 24 hour timespan.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Editing tools are restrictive. Formatting pallet needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. The free version can be tested before a purchase. It is a useful tool for both Sales and HR.

What differentiates Yesware from other similar products?

Yesware has very good functionality and fits onto Gmail Suite well. It is a discreet email tracking system. UI needs improvement when compared to mailchimp.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's one of the most discreet email tracking software. Ability to attach pdfs to emails. I really like the email campaign tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike. UI can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UI can be improved. Add a feature to save and attach video clips to an email. Yesware should provide email users clear guidelines as to how to disable tracking feature in all fairness.

One issue with Yesware is that it’s only available as a Gmail or Outlook extension. Plus, there is currently no way to use Yesware on your mobile device. With so many people doing business on the go, this can be a major problem, and several reviewers have commented on this important oversight.
