What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?
For the most part if you are already in the Xerox hardware ecosystems you are natively connected and used to the product structure of services and this is a bonus over the rest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it comes with a lot of pre-configured process flows and business rules built in that actually get used!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have at times experienced workflow customization problems and had to reach out to support more than I would have liked. This isn’t really a dislike, but rather something more of an extra step that I experienced once in a while due to intricate business requirements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Conduct a true needs assessment when looking at Xerox and its competition. Some of the other tools over complicate the product offering and it has been my experience that Xerox is more willing to work with you in an a la carte style more than the others. This will help you clearly understand what your organization needs.

This excellent tool presents us with its best capacity to manage documents of all types of formats, whether images, texts, audios or videos. In addition, its intuitive interface facilitates navigation and quick access to files, allowing advanced searches by keywords, dates or even content.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this tool because it has a wide range of functions that facilitate document management. Among them are the possibility of assigning access permissions to files, tracking document versions, automating workflows and, in this way, streamlining the organization's internal processes, in addition to its great capacity it integrates very well. with other systems, which allows for more efficient document management. Likewise, its cloud-based platform guarantees the security and backup of documents, avoiding the loss of information in the event of incidents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Excellent tool, there is nothing I don't like, it has a wide range of functions that facilitate document management. These include the possibility of assigning access permissions to files, tracking document versions, automating workflows and, in this way, streamlining the organization's internal processes.

I recommend it for being an innovative and efficient tool that facilitates document management in organizations or companies.
