What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

The product has stable engine for document management and the user experience is satisfactory. The cost is budget friendly for most SMEs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly like the search capabilities and categorization. Even though, some of the document integration from modern digital applications was a bit old school.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacking integration capabilities for modern cloud native applications. Particularly, around containerization and orchestration of workloads.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are several factors you should consider, starting with your industry's compliance, governance and regulation needs. Your document catalogues and the cost to bring them to DocuShare. Lastly, the current state of your modern engineering echo system and how the product supports or meets it's standards.
