What differentiates Workspace 365 from other similar products?
Workspace 365 brings together everything — Microsoft 365 apps, legacy software, intranet news, files, and third-party web apps — into one simple, customizable dashboard. It adapts to the user's role, device, and location. Rather than just linking to other apps, Workspace 365 surfaces key information directly in the workspace. A lot of platforms focus on office users, but Workspace 365 has specific functionality to support field workers or employees who rarely sit at a desk, offering lightweight mobile access and simplified views.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Workspace 365 is how it simplifies complexity without forcing a full system overhaul
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Workspace 365 is that its deep customization options can be overwhelming at the start. Because it is so flexible, setting it up to suit one's taste might take time
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend time mapping out user groups, roles, and permissions. Don’t overwhelm people with too many apps and widgets at launch. Test everything on mobile too, especially if you have a lot of frontline or remote workers. Workspace 365 is mobile-friendly. Use their adoption tools and training resources

Workspace 365 has more interactive and attractive interface for better employee engagement and collaborative working as compared to other similar tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SSO and enhanced security features for protecting the data and accounts of workspace 365 are the great aspects for me in this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Document search is slow and not respond in the manner it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workspace 365 has great features for employee engagement and other interactive and collaborative tools are also very advanced and helpful. I would recommend Workspace to anyone who is considering this product.
