It has very clear way of setting goals for professional growth and review the Talent card with Managers on regular basis.

The Career path it reflects with multiple options to add /update Skills on regular basis and get Job alerts based on that.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
It has unique features called tracking application, and process is key part here. Workday security and business is also plays a major role

Secured Reliable User friendly Easy to understand the features
What do you dislike most about this product?
Workday is not customizable in terms of user interface. They did launch Workday Extend where you can develop custom workflow or pages but with very limited options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend for MNC who wants to manage their process effectively.

Workday Talent Management has a continuously growing community of customers and consultants that provide support to each other through the contribution of ideas for configuration and workarounds.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best aspect of this product is the amount of flexibility and customization that Workday allows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike about the product is the current limitations when it comes to reporting. However, Workday always thrives to improve their product and this should no longer be an issue in the future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to work closely with Workday Consultants when designing the Talent Management process for best results.
