What differentiates Webroot Business Endpoint Protection from other similar products?

Deployment of solution is quick and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Webroot have nice alerting process whenever there are virus detections it start alerting you without any delays, Virus detection scans are very quick. it do not consume large memory in your device also updates are not of vey high MBs

What do you dislike most about this product?

Admin portal is not very user friendly. Sometime while the scan is running system hangs completely for 1-2 minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webroot is good to have as it help to detect all malware attacks and keep your data safe.

What differentiates Webroot Business Endpoint Protection from other similar products?

We have several sites. Thus, Webroot was chosen to provide a consolidated layer of protection for the entire organization. They are one of the top security providers for MSPs to work with since they pay attention to their partners and adhere to industry standards. The integration of Webroot with Continuum RMM made deployment simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Additionally, a console that can be administered centrally exists; thus, it is advantageous for an administrator to have a general understanding of the current condition. Ease of use for administrators to manage rules - Webroot does not appear to use the CPU as intensively as previous antivirus programs. - simplicity and deployment simplicity. It has a small resource footprint, quick scanning, and a short install package.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, the agent generates a sizable dump file that uses a lot of RAM. The web console can't always use the cloud to transmit commands to endpoints. There are no particular issues because of the UTM context, but I'm still unsure about its usefulness. Having something like an operation report displayed once a week would be ideal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The management portal is simple to use,l, with a good selection of options. It has secure deletion and system optimization features if you choose to use them. Good detection capabilities. After initially setting up the policy and installing the agents, you can set it up, forget it, and still be protected. Low day-to-day attention needs to be spent on the web console.
