it was easy to navigate

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Attendees enjoyed the app; it was easy to navigate. And as the designer, it was straightforward to use and update as we built our event.

What do you dislike most about this product?

event attendee limitations, but those two issues have been resolved,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The support team is next level- they are super fast to respond and they empower you with a number of tools and resources to help your team and event attendees be successful when your big event arrives. I also really enjoy the pre-event meetings. They really dig into your event details and goals to help you find the best solutions for your attendees.

Excellent service/support. Timely to respond. Product is stable and always functioning. Updates are easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of customization. Ease of use for end user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The need to hit the refresh circle at the top.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is rock solid. But most importantly: the technical support available online is the best I’ve ever experienced. Always available, incredibly punctual, and always friendly and engaging.

What differentiates Webex Events from other similar products?

Their pricing and customer support. My team and I have had to use their support and training on countless occasions and they always go above and beyond to resolve our problems and answer our questions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's hard to name one. The gamification was a HUGE hit with our sales conference attendees! It dramatically helped keep people engaged with conference content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly can't think of a single thing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've utilized and reviewed several of Socio's competitors over the years and I can honestly say, Socio is 100% the way to go!
