What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

The intuitive nature of the system. It is set up in a way that everything is where you would think it would be. I train all of our employees on VanillaSoft and it is always so easy to explain and to use. Everything is so seamless.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to manage data and look up records. The ability to search for any piece of data and find matching records makes my job so much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of caller side dashboard information. Our caller can only see the past 48 hours of call records and sometimes that’s not enough so we have to use a different system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! It will make your callers so much more productive and efficient.

What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

Unlike other alternative for Vanilla soft, I find this software much compatible to my needs, text size is adjustable and the whole system is straight forward to use. VS support is incredible and is not very complex to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Features like connection to Google Calendar, auto dialer and a good customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the glitch happens and system slows down but still very reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend them to use it since the design is basic and easy to implement.
