What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

Saves time by letting you call, email, and sms all in 1 place and it is very convenient for working remotely

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to see how many times a lead was called and when they were last called including their responses

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could use easier text feature that allows us to see full conversation without altering screen

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

VanillaSoft is perfect for a call center! It makes our job less complicated. It makes it easy for us to receive info on potential leads very quickly and helps us with connecting them
