What differentiates V2 Cloud from other similar products?
There are many similarities, but i found v2 offers help and attention to the tech in a way that feels personalized and attentive. It's not a cold or detached company and that makes a big difference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use is what we need and v2 offers that. Even non-technical team members were able to use cloud desktops without troubles and that means a lot more attention can be put on work rather than problems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No real issues at all. Of course prices can always be lowered to make my boss happy, but the cost of v2 is really solid.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would make sure you express your true needs and or customizations, because v2's support has been standout excellent in that area for me.

What differentiates V2 Cloud from other similar products?
Intuitiveness; ease of use; rapidity of support and the support experience itself. I've both PC and Mac users, and I've never encountered a situation where I couldn't deploy the product to my customer's satisfaction. It's great for small businesses who need virtualization but don't need the complexity of AWS or Azure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Staging a new VM is easy as cake. Modifying the VM after build is also extremely easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After decades of managing my own Windows RDS servers, it's hard to complain. Those self-managed colo boxes would keep me up at night. Now, technical incidents with V2 are so rare, it barely registers. I guess I'm sleeping more? Not sure if that's a dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Are you looking for something that's easily managed and deployed? With great service and technical support? For a vendor that's interested in your business and your satisfaction? I've nothing but success stories with V2Cloud, and you will, too.
