What differentiates Userful Engage from other similar products?
Affordability and a very easy to navigate platform. For a video wall, it was very easy to implement and manage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Centralized management, and now that I am getting into dispersed management, it is easy to set up accounts and train even the most novice IT people on how to manage their own screens and content.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have had some devices not as dependable as other devices, so I have had to manually restart some of them more than I would like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This was an affordable solution for our needs. Just don't buy it right before a COVID pandemic. It has been hard coming out of the pandemic and getting the devices set up. The reason we got it was because if we didn't use Userful, we would not have been able to do any of the signage displays that we currently have. So its affordability was a life saver for us. In the end we got a great product that is meeting our needs and did it at a price we can afford.
