The licensing seems to be the only drawback, and even if it is pricey, I hope that one-day pricing will come down because it is still worthwhile. Apart from that, I want their support team to respond and help at the time of request so we get rid of issues on time and get back to our work.

I occasionally experienced bugs in the activities and attempted to get help, while they did resolve issues, it was a waste of time. Some Slack events, for example, were not functioning as planned. The fact that we require one more robot license to execute the background operation is extremely inconvenient and costly.
