What do you dislike most about this product?

Todoist Business is automatically the right program to use, however, for the purposes of planning, Todoist Business should have budgeting extensions, including the cost analytical features. The benefits from this concept will be immense.

Todoist Business has encouraged teh process of managing tasks, and properly assigning the required resources with a challenge. Also, Todoist Business brings orderly, where activities are handled in an organized manner. Therefore, as a company, you will benefit from Todoist Business.

Todoist Business ensures the right priorities are handled, based on their profitability, urgency, and return on investment. Also, Todoist Business works well in all the devices, be them smart gadgets or even the PCs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Todoist Business is a strict and comprehensive task manager, and unless the investor or the subscriber is ready to walk with the software, there is no an easy way to work with the product. However, I find this as a merit to serious subscribers.

Todoist Business takes activities seriously, where proper procedures are laid down for management of all the operations in a company. There is proper listing, safety measures taken, and proper resourcing conducted. The benefits of Todoist Business are a guarantee to new subscribers.

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

You have served your plans better and it is also simpler to use than many task management platforms. The mobile application has been a simple marvel, being able to receive notifications of the status of the tasks and also to be able to assign tasks without problem. It is cleaner and more intuitive, this helps to be able to learn its use without having long learning curves like other platforms that overwhelm with unnecessary functions. With Todoist I have been able to have a better work flow by being able to assign tasks to members of my work team depending on their function and performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A good feature is the reminders when you forget to do a task, I love it because it always alerts me and also notifies the urgency of the task if this importance has been established for that task. It is almost automatic when I want to repeat a task, I like that it can remember past tasks and give me the ability to recreate a similar task without starting from scratch. It has a very simple interface helping the user to easily understand its functions without so much complication in the implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like you to have more insight into the analysis of the tasks performed and how to optimize the work when something goes wrong through comments. Having good statistics makes it possible to improve the performance of the work team and find a better solution when each task is assigned. I would like it to be easier to be able to classify or order the tasks so that it can be easier to locate them in case you want to know their status and there are many tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can say that it has very reasonable prices that no matter the type of company, this task manager will continue to be accessible. Everything is very neat and simple allowing any user to create tasks from the beginning without problems and it also has a fairly orderly and detailed view on the calendar.
