What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to use, affordable, and offers a wide range of features. We use it to collect employee feedback on our company culture, work environment, and benefits package. This feedback helps us to create a more positive and productive workplace for our employees
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see SurveyMonkey add a feature that allows users to create and distribute surveys on social media platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SurveyMonkey is a great tool for collecting feedback from customers or employees. I highly recommend.

A very robust product, that will get you results to follow up with clients and potential clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, implementation is very simple as long as you have laid out what your organization is looking to get back from these surveys.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dislikes at this point in time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First and most important is that you have put together what you are looking to get back in return from using this product. Them the most important factor is set up your trial account. Work together with the Account Executive and Support to make sure that all your goals are met. Then run internal test with your organization to make sure that you are getting the look, feel, and most important the view that best represents your company. After that do some test surveys with your current clients.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey Enterprise from other similar products?
I've honestly always gravitated toward SurveyMonkey products for all my survey needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Little install time, builds on intuitiveness, takes seconds to build surveys (especially if you do them a lot!). Loved getting feedback from reps on how to better word survey questions to get the results we were truly after.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing comes to mind
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get SurveyMonkey! There's a reason they've been around for so long. Everything you love about the free versions is just that much better.
