What do you dislike most about this product?
Our team found it challenging to update the dashboards as our clients desire. Additionally, it was a little challenging to schedule and create custom reports. Nevertheless, a solid reporting solution offers excellent value for the money because it allows for the flexible display of a wide range of data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is compatible with the primary Operating System and does not require expensive hardware. Excellent programme for training. Automating the distribution of reports to user lists is simple. What differentiates Strategy One from other similar products?
We have made sure that all of our staff members participate in training sessions on a regular basis. They have completed multiple Microstrategy training with certification, and they are very happy with the training because it was clear and organised. Many of our staff are now providing us with important reports and carrying out their duties in the most ethical and productive ways possible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our content has a new depth thanks to its ability to manage vast volumes of data from multiple sources, as well as narrowcast reporting, dashboards, and visual analysis. Due to their access levels, which range from pro to analyst depending on your level of knowledge in your line of work, transactional services have proven to be extremely successful for light collaboration needs and possibly a one-on-one solution. They have occasionally made changes, which has generally improved our working relationship.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A few of the features do not function as intended, and the user interface could have used some improvement. Maps, in particular, don't seem to scale well; I ended up with a map that was considerably larger than I had intended, and I was never able to get them to display correctly unless I removed the data element and started over.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due to its capabilities like scalability, data discovery, international speed, and high availability of data connectors, MicroStrategy has been a very beneficial BI reporting solution in the Enterprise Data Warehousing project. Providing robust out-of-the-box customised reports and the option to use visualisations simplifies the creation of weekly/monthly reports and customised dashboards.
