What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?
I've only experienced a sales org that only relied on Salesforce for commissions tracking and one that used Spiff and Spiff provides wayyy more transparency into the commissions process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to read the dashboards. Real time updates with Salesforce. Easy to identify issues with commissions
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app has had some issues in my experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
100% worth an evaluation especially in a fast growing company. With commissions structures changing often, this provides confidence and transparency to reps in knowing what, how, and when they'll be paid.

Spiff has been amazing to check daily to see where I am relative to my goals in terms of commission.

I don't like how you aren't able to update Spiff manually

It's important to make sure all integrations with CRMs and workflow is possible. Make sure your rules are built out carefully and accurately.
