What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?
It has been incredibly helpful to be able to file expenses and classify them by team, function, budget, etc. It assists us in maintaining organization throughout. It produces high rates of revenue and high-caliber output. It improves our work and lowers our expenses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The straightforward UX is appealing to me. It's simple to input expenses or makes claims for reimbursement. I've never used any spend management software before, but Spendesk was simple to operate and navigate. Additionally, I appreciate Spendesk's logo and general appearance. A lovely touch is the interesting graphics. I like this tool very much.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Without any special training, anyone can use the interface because it is nicely designed and very user-friendly. Everything is discussed in detail and is clear. I have a wonderful connection with other programs, such as Slack, so I can get approval alerts instantly. Thanks in large part to the online payment cards, Spendesk has significantly simplified my expense processing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works well and just requires a tiny amount of expertise in how to act in various scenarios if you want to operate precisely and efficiently. I believe it is an excellent tool for all-sized businesses, but I am also confident that it is good for very large businesses.

What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?
My expenses, including those required for my everyday work, used to be approved with lengthy delays. Requesting approval, delivering invoices, and requesting wire transfers for payments all took time. Thanks to online payment cards, everything is now quick and simple. I receive approval in a matter of minutes and can immediately make the necessary purchases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Spendesk is excellent for work, particularly when we have back-to-back appointments and require prompt money releases. The special card is a fantastic technique for us to secure ourselves as well, and payment is a really simple process to follow. Because of its customized features, I can change the number of days I have to submit the receipt and the maximum amount. This makes it easier to manage internal finances, and the staff members are happy as a result.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Virtual credit cards can occasionally be denied for no apparent reason. When I originally received my plastic credit card, I had to speak with my coworker frequently because numerous limits had to be removed for larger transactions, and sometimes they were absent altogether like some defined constraints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A clear and effective chain of command is possible with the accounting feature, the option of direct reimbursement through the platform, and the creation of one-time use and recurring cards for payments. Additionally effective, the customer service provides prompt responses and is readily available. Try it out if you wish to work with the best tool.
