sometimes some endpoints does not sync with what the latest firmware. it should have automatic patching to latest firmware for all endpoints

What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?
The reputation of Sophos Endpoint is built upon a cloud-based centralized management console called Sophos Central that simplifies applying policies, monitoring devices, and responding to incidents in large-scale environments. Intercept X with deep learning AI adds an additional layer of proactive threat protection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of deployment and centralized management is great. Features such as real-time threat notification, web management, and malware cleanup which assist in minimal manual effort to maintain security are something I appreciate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting interface can be more customizable and flexible. Also, there are occasional false positives with some applications, and those need to be manually whitelisted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Carefully configure policies in Sophos Central so that you have maximum protection and minimum noise. Running it alongside Sophos XDR or firewall for end-to-end visibility is an excellent idea. Additionally, test deployments should first be deployed to hone rules and exceptions.
