What differentiates SmartOS from other similar products?
The best part of smartrecruiters is the amount of filters they provide. You can look for specific candidates for specific jobs at specific locations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can be completely customized according to the user's needs. It also allows you to integrate your own job boards, which is very helpful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing about it is totally bad, but the thing that annoys me the most is that in order to receive search results, your keywords must be entered correctly in a boolean string at the time of search.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like using this personally; it helps me in finding the right candidate for my clients requirement. But one can consider options such as ceipal and jobdiva as well.

What differentiates SmartOS from other similar products?
In my view, the strong point is the integration with the HRIS system where it is possible to have an approved candidate's profile created in the system, which saves a lot of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I believe that the tool is very intuitive and contains various functions for analysing candidates where it is possible to make comments, analyse by level of "stars", it is also possible to obtain the attached CV as a description in addition to integration via linkedin which makes the product very versatile.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's hard to say what I like least, the tool itself is great, perhaps a few icons could be more visible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a practical tool that generates a lot of integration, is easy to use and is popular on the market, smartrecruiters will definitely suit you. In addition, many professionals are already familiar with this tool, which helps with adaptation.
